The following returns policy applies to all items sold by us within Australia. We only operate & sell within Australia.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items must be untampered and in their original condition and packaging.
You, as the buyer, will be responsible for covering the return postage to us, unless you are returning it due to a fault or missing item(s).

Once the item has been returned, you can either accept a full refund or store credit towards a future order, the choice is yours.
For shipping, we primarily use StarTrack and AusPost and this depends on which one you select at checkout. Our dispatch time is usually within 1-3 days. Dispatch time can potentially be longer at busy times of year.
